From screen to paper.
1. Download your PDF
Review every page before downloading. The PDF is the same document shown in the preview. On a phone, save the PDF to Files or open it in your PDF reader.
2. Choose US Letter
Use 8.5 × 11-inch paper, portrait orientation. Ordinary paper works for photos and tags; printer-compatible card stock helps folded cards stand up. Follow your printer's paper specifications.
3. Print at Actual Size / 100%
Turn off “Fit to page”, “Shrink” and borderless enlargement. Print one PDF page per sheet, single-sided. Check the PDF reader and printer driver settings. Screen previews are not physical rulers.
Adobe's guide to print scaling
Print the reference sheet first and measure the square's outside edge. It should be 1 inch wide and high. If not, correct scaling before printing your full batch. Printer feed and hardware can still introduce small differences.
4. Cut, fold, enjoy
Short solid marks indicate corners to cut between. On table tents, the dashed line is the fold. Cut the outer rectangle, then fold at the center with the printed sides facing outward. One side looks upside down before folding; both sides read upright when standing.
Something looks wrong?
White space around a photo is expected in “Keep whole photo” mode. Choose “Crop to fill” to fill the rectangle. Low-resolution warnings mean your source may look soft at the chosen size; choose a smaller size or a sharper photo. Unsupported files must be converted to JPG, PNG or WebP before use.
